White sage for cleansing. Be sure to leave windows open when cleansing a house. Be sure to assert your intentions to only allow light and love or your choice of words.

I honor the cycle of life and the four directions. Bring me wisdom & growth regenerate & transform myself and my space. Bring clarity & cleansing energy. Purify my emotions & guide my transition.
I am grateful for health, abundance, love, and happiness. Bring strength and peace”
ALWAYS use caution when smudging. Please open windows and doors for the negativity energy to escape and make sure you have a fire proof dish to catch the ambers that may fall. After you light your smudge stick, allow it to catch the tip then blow our the flame. Use the smoke to do the cleansing. Clockwise to invite positive energy and counterclockwise to banish negativity. Make sure to get every room and space. Don’t let the negativity energy find a place to hide. I open my counter doors in kitchen and bathrooms and make sure to do closets too.
After smudging your entire space I put my bundle in a fire proof bowl and let it burn out on it own. But if you are unable to attend to it that long you may dab it in moon water or rinse it over a sink with water to put out the smoke. When it’s dry you can light and reuse again.
